Dr. Abhishek Ganta, MD is Associate Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and the Director of Foot and Ankle Surgery for MediSys Orthopedics. Dr. Ganta has a special interest in taking care of poly-trauma patients, fracture care, nonunion, malunion/deformity correction, pelvic and acetabular surgery, and general orthopedics. Dr. Ganta is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Member of the orthopedic Trauma Association
Medical Training
Dr. Ganta received his undergraduate and Medical Degree from Boston University in a combined accelerated 7 year medical program. He completed his residency at NYU Langone Medical Health and did a trauma fellowship at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Ganta is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a Member of the orthopedic Trauma Association
